Mobile Bay National Estuary Program - Staff Transitions
Lee Yokel, Outreach and Education Director

Please join us in welcoming the newest members of the Mobile Bay NEP staff, Ms. Tiffany England and Ms. Roberta Arena Swann.   Ms. England has been hired as Business Manager, transitioning from the Dauphin Island Sea Lab where she has over 10 years experience in payroll, accounts payable and purchasing.  Ms. England will be expanding her talents to include diverse functions for the program.  Ms. Swann has been hired to take on the new position of Projects and Grants Director, a role created to improve our ability to coordinate diverse funding and project administration as we implement the priorities of our Comprehensive Conservation Plan. Ms. Swann has over 15 years of experience managing federal, state, local and private grants having directed community development programs for the cities of Lafayette, IN and Gloucester, MA.  Most recently Ms. Swann provided organization and resource development for the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Foundation and Dauphin Island Bird Sanctuaries, Inc.  Their skills and talents will greatly strengthen our small team. Welcome Aboard!

Dauphin Island Sea Lab, 101 Bienville Blvd, Dauphin Island, AL 36528  / (251) 861- 2141
