Spotlight on: The
Cafeteria Staff
“Best food on the Island,” murmered the cameraman as I
treated him to breakfast after an early morning news shoot.
That’s a comment we hear frequently here at the Sea Lab
where a talented and dedicated staff turns out hearty and
delicious fare for hungry crowds of students, staff and
visitors. It’s not uncommon for them to serve three meals a
day for up to 150 individuals, all with a smile and a
friendly word. Just please clean up your trays!
